About the Event
The Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Japan (NCCJ), in collaboration with our corporate member Ekornes. This will be a new type of seminar that we would like to continue with other corporate members of NCCJ in future.
The seminar is hosted by Ekornes K.K., the Japanese subsidiary of the renowned Norwegian furniture company Ekornes ASA, established in 1934. Ekornes K.K. has been operating in Japan since 2003, offering a range of premium furniture, including the world-famous Stressless line of recliners and sofas. Known for its commitment to craftsmanship and innovation, Ekornes specializes in creating exceptionally comfortable seating solutions. Their iconic Stressless products are celebrated worldwide for their unique comfort technology. Ekornes K.K. continues to deliver top-tier furniture that blends style, quality, and comfort.
At the event, we will introduce Ekornes K.K.'s approach to premium furniture, highlighting its history, mission, and iconic Stressless line Kenji Oyama, President at Ekornes K.K., will share insights on the company’s innovations and commitment to comfort and craftsmanship.

在日ノルウェー商工会議所（NCCJ）は、このたび法人会員であるエコーネスとの共催で、特別セミナーを開催します。今回のセミナーは、今後他の法人会員様とも展開していきたいと考えている新しい形式のイベントです。
セミナーのホストは、1934年に創業したノルウェーの老舗家具メーカー Ekornes ASA の日本法人、株式会社エコーネスです。エコーネスは、2003年より日本での事業を展開しており、世界的に有名なリクライニングチェア「ストレスレス」シリーズをはじめとする高品質な家具を提供しています。

The NCCJ Corporate Member Seminar is a networking event organized in collaboration with the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Japan (NCCJ), aimed at fostering collaboration among NCCJ Corporate members.
