COVID-19と共存する時代。今後の労働環境はどの様に整えれば良いのか。「休ませても大丈夫か」、「出社させても大丈夫か」から始まり新たな取り組みを考えなければならない時代に突入。千葉弁護士の講義で今後の対応を考えます。

千葉氏について / About the Speaker
千葉博氏は平成2年東京大学法学部卒業。平成3年司法試験に合格、平成6年弁護士登録。
平成20年千葉総合法律事務所設立。
専門分野は民事・労働・保険・企業法務。
関東学院大学・神奈川大学・早稲田経営学院、ＬＥＣ東京リーガルマインドの各講師、日本経済新聞、みずほ総合研究所、SMBCコンサルティング、労務行政研究所など、銀行系セミナー等講師を精力的に務め、わかりやすい講義には定評がある。「労政時報」（労務行政研究所）、「労務事情」（産労総合研究所）等、労務関連雑誌にも執筆。「労働法正しいのはどっち？」（かんき出版）、「従業員の自動車事故と企業対応」（清文社）、「人事担当者のための労働法の基本」（労務行政）等労働法分野を含む著書多数。
Mr. Chiba is a lawyer specializing in civil affairs, labor, insurance and corporate law. After graduating in 1990 from Tokyo University, he passed the bar in 1991 and received his credentials as a lawyer in 1994.
Mr. Chiba actively gives lectures for different institutions and companies to allow easier comprehension of various aspects of the law. He has also contributed writings to various law-related periodicals as well as publishing his own writings.
