We are happy to announce that the date for our Annual General Meeting has been set to Thursday, May 23th.
True to tradition, the General Meeting will be held in the Aurora Hall at the Norwegian Embassy in Tokyo. After the General meeting, we will move on to the Ambassador’s residence for a buffet dinner. After the General meeting, the Embassy’s Charge d’Affaires ad interim Tord Tukun will open up the Ambassador’s residence for a reception dinner.
This will be an excellent opportunity to thank President Koido for his great contribution to the Chamber, and also to meet our Presidential Candidate Mr. Svend Haakon Kristensen. Please take this opportunity to reserve Thursday, May 23th in your calendars for our most important yearly event.
An agenda will be sent out to all company representatives after GW.
