Tokyo Rainbow Pride Parade 2019

We at the Chamber will help out at the Norwegian table in the Nordic booth during the Tokyo Rainbow Pride which will be held on April 28 and 29 in the Yoyogi Park.

 “Pride” is an LGBTI event held all over the world, and Tokyo Rainbow Pride is the largest pride event in Japan. Last year about 150,000 visitors joined during the 2 days of the event.  Embassies, companies and various organisations participate to promote their activities on LGBTI., and it is a diverse event with among others lots of food and drink stands, music, performances and speeches.

The Parade

The main parade will be on April 28 from 14:00. Our ambassador will participate with the other Nordic/European ambassadors, and you are also welcome to walk in the parade. Please invite your family and friends!
