Do you see any specific opportunities or challenges being a Norwegian company in Japan?
Not many difficulties, since there are a lot of similarities between the maritime industry in Japan and Norway.

Good cross-cultural communication is important for international business. How does your company find communication between the Norwegian and Japanese colleagues?
The majority of our employees have boarding experience on the oceangoing ships, which makes a good mutual understanding and communication.
