I have understood the cancellation conditions

Should you at any point wish to withdraw your sponsorship, please kindly email us on office@nccj.or.jp. You will receive an invoice from us to complete the sponsorship within a couple of days. Thank you for being a part of the Nordic Christmas Cocktail Party 2023!

Tickets for the event to be sold seperately

However, if you have chosen Aurora Sponsorship, three tickets will be included in the price. If you have chosen Viking Sponsorship, 1 ticket will be included in the price. NB: Sign up for the event should be done through the event page here: https://www.norwegianchamber.com/all-events/2023/nordic-christmas-cocktail-party Sponsors will be able to deduct the tickets from the sponsorship package(s) from the event registration.
