We see opportunities to expand into the West Japan Kansai Region, develop new strategic channel sales partnerships and strengthen our global Enterprise offerings.

Looking at the next 3-5 years, please mention the top three challenges or risks your company faces when doing business in Japan?
Japan is an attractive market for Software / IT companies, and we anticipate other International vendors to enter this market. We also seek to hire bi-lingual talent and face steep competition to bring onboard top talent to fuel our growth.

Good cross-cultural communication is important for international business. How does your company find communication between the Norwegian and Japanese colleagues?
We look to hire bi-lingual talent who is fluent in both Japanese and English. This helps in the communication both here in Japan as well as with offices and colleagues overseas.
