イベント概要
ノルウェー101は、日本におけるノルウェー関連企業の全社員を対象としたワークショップであり、ノルウェーの人々やビジネスパートナーとの交流を成功させるため、異文化間の気付きとコミュニケーション能力の向上を目的としています。ノルウェーと日本には多くの共通点があるにも関わらず、ビジネスの場面では特に大きな文化的相違があります。現地社員が、ノルウェーの文化、歴史、社会、平等、ワークライフバランス、ビジネス文化に関する意識や知識を有することで、ノルウェー人と効率よくコミュニケーションをとることが出来る自信と能力のある人材を育成することが出来ます。
ノルウェー大使館のオーロラホールで開催されるこの半日のワークショップでは、上記のテーマに精通した人物のプレゼンテーションに加え、実践的な作業、グループディスカッション、質疑応答、ノルウェーの賞品付きクイズ等も設けられています。ワークショップの最後には参加者全員へ卒業証書を授与し、昼食となります。

About the Speakers
Line Aune
Minister Counselor / Deputy Head of Mission at Norwegian Embassy in Tokyo.
Aune joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2008 where she worked on Arctic Policy before serving abroad as First Secretary at the Norwegian Embassy in Beijing and Counsellor at the Norwegian Embassy in Paris covering economic affairs, climate and energy policy. Back in Oslo, she joined the Department for European Affairs working on Nordic co-operation before serving as Deputy Director of the Section for Business relations and Private Sector Development and the Section for Oceans and Private Sector Development. Aune took up her current position as Minister Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission at the Norwegian Embassy in Tokyo in August 2020.

From Miyagi Prefecture.
I studied Scandinavian culture, society, and nature at the Department of Nordic Studies, School of Letters, Tokai University, and graduated in 2021.
Currently I am working as a support at Aker BioMarine and The Norway-Japan-Society.

現在、アーケル・バイオマリンと日本ノルウェー協会で事務業務などをしている。

Teruyuki Takahashi
Energy Project Advisor.
Studied Geology and Mineralogy at the Hokkaido University in Sapporo, MSc.
Joined oil company Idemitsu Kosan, as a geologist of the Exploration and Production Department.
Taking care of oil and gas finding projects in various countries and areas, e.g. Sea of Japan, South China Sea, Australia, SE Asia, Middle East (Iraq, Oman, UAE, Yemen, Egypt, Turkey etc.), Poland, Russia, Ireland, UK and Norway.
Lived in Norway for 12+years out of total 17 years lived outside of Japan.
Assignment to Idemitsu Petroleum Norge in Oslo three times from 1991 to 2015.
Managing Director of Idemitsu Petroleum Norge from 2010 to 2015, enjoyed working with 60 multi-cultural staff.
Retired from Idemitsu in 2020.
Joined TOKYO 2020 volunteer activity by supporting Boxing at the Kokugikan in Ryogoku this summer.
My favourite things; soccer, hiking/trekking, ski, travel, photographing, reading, music, culture, art, history, geography etc.
