About the Event

Natsuko Kawahara will cover the following aspects of workplace flexibility:

  • Flexibility is not an option, but rather a prerequisite for attracting and retaining talent in organizations going forward.

  • Autonomy, mastery, and purpose (as proposed by Daniel Pink) constitute intrinsic motivation towards higher productivity.

  • Post pandemic working style will not be the same as pre-pandemic times, even after vaccinations.

About the Speaker

Born and raised in Tokyo but having spent years working with Japanese and global international companies, Natsuko sees the good, the bad, and the ugly in multinational perspectives. She now works at Stokke, a uniquely Norwegian and Japanese organization as 50 years of business in Japan provides an interesting backdrop to an ever-changing Norwegian HQ that is fast growing.
