What is Tie-in, Tie Off?
• A monthly benkyokai held the last Thursday of every month
• A short presentation, sometimes in Japanese, followed by Q&A and discussion (everything lasting around 1 hour)

About the Event
How are the NCCJ’s members dealing with the current COVID-19 crisis? How did we react to the crisis in the beginning? How are we dealing with it now? What can we learn from each other when moving forward?
All businesses and sectors have been thoroughly affected by COVID-19. This has been challenging and proved to be uncharted territory for many and the pandemic will force us to do business in a new and different way.
In the first edition of Tie-in, Tie Off, we invite all our members to an informal information sharing session – this time in a webinar format. We will start off the discussion with a status update from our panelists based on the following pointers:
• How did you first handle the COVID-19 crisis when it emerged?
• How are you dealing with the situation now and how has your business / industry changed? How has your supply chain been affected by the crisis?
• What have you learnt moving forward, what new measures have been implemented temporarily/permanently and how will the way you do business be changed?
So bring your favourite drink to your computer and join us for an educating, social information-sharing session in the first edition of Tie-in, Tie Off!

As country representatives for their respective companies and board members at the NCCJ, Ms. Natsuko Kawahara (Stokke), Mr. Leif Nilsson (SAS) and Mr. Svend Haakon Kristensen (Laerdal Medical) possesses exhaustive experience and insight dealing with unforeseen developments and leading through crisis. During the advent of COVID-19, employees from all walks of businesses have seen the need to adapt and reinvent how businesses is conducted. Haling from 3 different business sectors; retail, aviation and medical equipment respectively, our panelists have seen their business affected in 3 different ways, but still share many common denominators.
